cruzer micro locked files

Hello all I have a home built comp with:

4gb ram

750 hd

Dual core

Windows 7 pro

Windows Vista

xp pro

xp

 and the problem im having is the micro can not locate the licnese on vista and windows 7 to let me in my locked files but works on xp and  xp pro has anyone had this problem and how can i fix??? Thanks for any info…

When you run it run it on one of the Win XP systems.  You might also want to backup your documents and the U3 hidden system folder before doing the install.  It never hurts to be safe.

Thanks for the reply but yes i have read this, my particular flash drive does not have the u3 format just the secure file option it is the metal one.
