I was having problems with my Sansa Clip freezing.  Pressing play didn’t result in forward motion, etc.  On advice from this forum I reformatted the “internal memory.”  Now when I try to copy a .wav file from my computer to “Internal memory” I get “You do not have permission to create this item.”  Sansa Clip is fully charged.

Ideas?

OK.  Once I disconnected the Sansa Clip from the computer and then reconnected it, the “Music” and other folders reappeared.  (They had disappeared after the format).  I was able to copy.
