When I log onto Yahoo Jukebox and plug in the Connect to the computer, it doesn’t get recognized, stopping me from downloading music.
Any suggestions?
Return it and cancel Yahoo.
Make sure you have subscribed to yahoo jukebox to go. Also make sure you set your connect correctly. I believe that it will ask you pertinent info pertaining to your yahoo info.
