help i get just a white screen and nothing else ive reformatted and installed the update but nothing I cant even read the setting on my 4 gig fuze to reset the thing ause the screen is all white

Don’t call yet. Try to do a soft reset, by holding the power switch for 15-20 seconds. If that doesn’t work, then try formatting the Fuze, but backup all the files on the fuze, not just the music files. Then, do a format from windows, and if it says anything about doing a quick format, don’t do the quick, do the full format.
If that doesn’t work, then reload all of the files that you backed up before the format, and do a firmware update. But, you can try this before you try formatting the Fuze.
