Help! Fuze screen!

Hey,

I just got a Sansa Fuze. The screen was all good… Untill i uploaded some music on it.

Now the screen just went white and every thing works but the screen is white, looks like the brightness is very high but it isnt.

I’ve tried to format and also installed a firmware update but nothing works.

Do i need to get back to the store with my device?

Please help! Thanks!

If format and reinstall of Firmware didnt help then its probably defective. This happens on occasion, the store should take it back if not, then Call 866-SanDisk.
