Received brand new fuze yesterday, got everything set up with a couple hiccups. Listening at work today, went to forward to next song and screen went white - still playing musinc at the time. Currently have had it plugged into my computer for two hours thinking maybe battery wsa dead and still just a white screen?
Give it a burping by sliding the spring-loaded power switch up and hold it for about 15 - 20 seconds and release. Then slide it up again momentarily to turn it on. <BURRRP!>
Ahhh, now isn’t that much better? :smileyvery-happy:
My advice would be to leave it on until it shuts itself off, then connect it to the computer. See if this helps. If it doesn’t, I’d say it’s probably fried. If it is, either contact the Sandisk support team, or have whoever gave it to you exchange it for a new one.
I’ve tried resetting it multiple times, no luck. If no other ideas I guess I will just let it run down and try reconnecting it to my computer and see what happens…
Shame if I got a lemon, these cam highly recommended and just bought my neice a refurbed e250 which works great…
Before you belly up to the returns counter, you could try formatting it and/or re-installing the firmware, just so you know you did everything to save it.
