Weird screen problem

Hello all, first post here ^^

Well, here’s my problem…

At the beginning, everything was fine, but one time that I turned it on the screen went REALLY dark, and I mean REALLY, very hard to see what’s on the screen. And the biggest problem is when I use the wheel or any button, the blue light goes on and the screen goes off (like if it was actually off)… And when the wheel light goes off the screen goes back on but still really dark…

I’ve formatted the player, reset, and put the latest firmware but still the same…

And the strange thing is that it still work, music plays fine but it’s hell to navigate…

Could someone help me?

Return it if you are still within your dealer’s return ‘window’. Otherwise, call SanDisk Tech Support directly. You have a hardware-related problem that can’t be resolved. Tech Support can set you up with an RMA to get it replaced.

I believe this wins most interesting problem the Fuze ever had here on the forums.
