hi, latest build I think is 4.386, however your build should still work.
This actualy the first case where I’ve heard the authorize feature completely missing, so I’m trying to figure out why it woudl be gone. I have only one more suggestion. Try uninstalling rhapsody and reinstalling the latest version. you could perform an update from the program, but I’d suggest complete uninstall first and than fresh install of new downloaded as this will rid of any problems that may translate to the newer build.
if that doesn’t work , I’m fresh out of ideas =/ and you may have to exchange your player, but if it originally worked, than I’m hoping that the new player won’t react in this manner, otherwise it is definitely a software problem. I’ll help out as much as I can.

yes, it’d be a good idea to rehide them.
Whoo Hoo…we did it. Unstalling and reinstalling worked! Lets hope this doesn’t happen again. Now to go and rehide the files…
