Hi,
My sansa clip+ recently froze. I tried to reset it but it wouldn’t let me turn it on, saying “not enough room for music DB. please free 90 MB of space”. I formatted it using windows explorer, which now allows me to turn it on. However, since it froze, rhapsody no longer recognizes it as a authorized device. When I right click the device, “authorize” is not an option. I’ve tried re-installing rhapsody with no luck. What can I do? I’ve only had this thing for about 2 weeks.
