Have a Clip. Was working fine yesterday. Then last night was informed by Updater of firmware update. Forgot it was downloading and disconnected Clip. Plugged it back in as soon as I realised (within seconds) and it seemed to carry on with download and update Clip.
Today the volume function has disappeared from the settings menu. The volume control still works though but it’s not as loud anymore.
I have tried reloading the firmware and have reset the Clip but all to no avail.
Can anyone help?
