Suddenly, no audible sound!!


Suddenly, I have no audible sound on my player. I can only hear music with the headphones plugged in.  What could be the problem.  It’s like it is muted, but I have checked the sound settings and there is only two choices.

try this first. if this doesn’t work, call sandisk.

update the firmware of the player using this updater tool.

if you have device version 4.xxxx use sansa firmware updater
