SSD Freezing and Bios Issues

My SSD is the 256 GB model and running firmware X211200.  I cloned my disk and whenever I run the SSD as my OS drive I get random lockups/freezes, and when I reboot my computer my BIOS gets stuck at the screen where it’s recognizing my SATA drives.  I have to actually power off my computer (reset button won’t change anything), then power my computer back on and it’s fine and if I boot into my non-SSD drive it’s fine and I can see the drive in my computer.

What’s going on with my SSD?  It’s brand new.

I would try secure erasing the drive and reclone see if that resolves the issue. If that does not work I would try a full OS install not a clone. If the issue is still present contact sandisk support for warranty replacement.
