my SDSSDXPM2-500G-G25 is not working anymore. I bought it 2020 via Amazon in Germany. To file a RMA or support ticket I should enter the serial number of the SSD. The printed number (12 digits) isn’t working. Unfortunately, I also need the serial number to write a email to the support. Any ideas?
