Tell me what the Serial number is on this SSD? I have multiple of these SSDs and I’m trying to see which ones have the firmware issue.
Even the boxes they come in don’t have the serial numbers listed on the outside. I can use Apple System profiler to pull a serial number from the drive itself, but that doesn’t correspond to the number listed on the back of this device. Not to mention, the web form listed above will say a firmware update is unnecessary even if you put in a random group of numbers.
I need a better solution for this. And why is the ink printing from the serial number not the same as the rest of the printing? It’s almost intentionally bad.
