Tried many times to register San Disk Extreme SSD 500Gb to San Disk, always replies serial number is no match? Number to talk to this company?

I had this same problem just now. I tried again and took a guess at registering instead as the other option that might be correct - “Retail SSD - Extreme 500 (Portable)”. That time it accepted my submission and shows a table on that page now which contains the registration details for my drive.
