I bought Sandisk Extreme Portable 500GB SSD from local Best Buy Store in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada on Oct 9, 2021.

Model No is SDSSDE61-500G-G25

Upon trying to register the product, I am told that S/N 21326R403094 is not found!

Please help Register. Thanks.
