my c240 cuts out periodically. even on radio. new headphones, fresh recharge. then after a few hrs it freezes. wont shut off…nothing what is the warrantee info on it? got it fathers day of 2007…
You have a one year warranty on the c200.
If the audio is cutting out at random points with MP3s and also with the FM radio give SanDisk tech support a call.
