my just bought c240 plays for 10 min, then shuts down, this means i have to re-start it, find the podcast, or whatever i was playing, and begin at the beginning again. Very annoying. Can anyone help? Thanks

yes, it happens every time, in hold or no-hold, and also while listening to radio broadcast, however i will try reformating as suggested
got ot Menu > Settings > Power and make sure you avhe Sleep turned off.
