Hi! i can’t connect to recovery my “sansa connect” dialogue box say " You must be cannot connect to the internet to download software", i try in 2 computers with differents internet conecctions.
What’s a problem? Server of SanDisk is down?

Dude. Have you bothered to look at any of the recent threads?
If you try to use recovery mode in two computer most probably you have a unusable device you can try to contact Sandisk hotline if your device is still under warranty, you can also give it a shot to do a firmware update using WIFI if your device still turns on.

Check out recent threads regarding the recovery tool. There appears to be some new issue accessing the firmware on zing.net that’s causing the recovery tool to abort.
Also, the Connect will not receive the firmware version over WiFi that re-enables the WiFi functions (Internet Radio and Flickr photo). This needs to be done via the recovery tool, as other recent threads have also discussed.
Yeah your right I agree I think they already revised the recovery tool in their sandisk website you can try to check it here;
