Sansa Fuze Won't Turn on But Can be connected to the computer

My Sansa fuze won’t turn on but it turns on when I connect it to the computer…There us 98% battery according the the sansa software and I’ve tried the soft boot many times. I’ve tried reformatting it in aswell. Any help? Thanks in advance!

Is it new? Sounds like an internal power problem. I’d take (or send) it back for a replacement from where you bought it. Otherwise, if you’re past the dealers’ return window, contact SanDisk directly through Tech Support. They’ll most likely give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and replace it through the 1 year warranty.

Did you try downloading the firmware ending in 26 and installing it on the player? If it doesn’t work after that, then it should be exchanged.
