Sansa Fuze is not charging

Hi All,

I am having Isssues with my sansa fuze Mp3 player. It is not getting charged from last evening.Usually i charged my sansa with my Ac adapter. It shws only connected and it is not going to the next screen like music, videos. The connected screen is still there even one hr and more than that.When I remove the sansa it shows same battery level before charging.

I tried to charge through my laptop same problem.Please help to fix the isssue.

Sounds like you need a new AC charger and/or Sansa cable. Can you get any response if you wiggle the plugs (both ends)?

Thanks for your immediate response. Nothing happened if i waggle the plugs both the Ends.

Please let me know where we can buy the samsa fuze USB cable in india?

Not living in India I couoldn’t tell you, but I imagine you would have to order one from an on-line dealer. It’s unlikely that you could go into a store and buy just a cable. It’s hard to do that even here in the US.
