My Sansa Fuze 4 gb player has a white screen. I have fomatted it and reset it. It seems to be turning on and off, but will not do anything else. Any other ideas??
- Call SanDisk Tech Support.
- Return and exchange through your dealer (where you bought it from).
- If #1 doesn’t help, and you’re too late for #2 (but still under 1 year old) have it replaced under SanDisk’s warranty.
