I have a sansa express with 2 gb memory+2 gb memory card that doesn’t work at all.I have this player for 1 year and i didn’t experienced any difficultyes in using it untill now.My computer recognizes the device as a MTP device only.I can’t cange it into MSC, holding setting and +key doesn’t work,can’t get into Sansa device menu.The device only flashes sometimes when is connected to the computer.Also updating the Sansa express doesn’t work because it appears only in MTP mode.If someone can help me,please send message to simon.marius@yahoo.com.
