Sansa Clip+ menu parameter "Volume"

Hello All,

I gott new Sansa Clip+ player fwe days ago. My player volume level is very low. I know that in menu should be “Volume” setting change between “Normal” and “High”. But my player don’t have souch menu item, like “Volume”. How can I activate this menu item?
