Sansa Clip+ Frozen on flower not seen by Computer RMA Solved

My Sansa Clip+ froze with “Disconnected” displayed.

I reset it by holding the power button down for 30 seconds.

I turn on the Sansa and it displays “Sansa”, the flower, Sansa, the flower and freezes.

the Sansa is not seen by the computer (windoze) when connected to a USB port.

I tried forcing MSC mode, no change.

I have searched the forum, but, see nothing that helps.

I had similar prob.

I tried the reset by holding the power button for 20 secs.Did it many times .Nothing.

Then with power on I held down the menu button( on the right below the screen) for a few secs maybe 10

and the normal menu appeared and now everything is working.

Have u tried updating the firmware of the sansa player?

Updating firmware solves most of the freezing problem.
