Sansa Clip 2GB - My Rhapsody To Go Tracks Won't Synch

I use Rhapsody to go service.  I was told the sansa clip supports Rhapsody To Go…however, when I try to transfer some songs over to the sansa clip, everything errors out except for songs that I purchased.  help!

Please use the devices Format command to reformat the player.

Unplug the player from the computer and turn it on.

Go to settings > Format   Confirm  Yes

The player will reformat

Reconnect the player to Rhapsody.

The tracks will transfer properly .
