Sansa Clip 2GB FM Radio has never worked; Please help

Well it did work long enough for me to pre-set a few station frequencies, but since then (first 3 days) nothing.

No FM Radio sound atall regardless of what frequency I select. All indications are that it’s working just no sound.

Of course, I’ve adjusted volume, and it still works playing any other media;just no radio.

Has any one else encountered and resolved this problem?

I’m very happy with the Clip otherwise.

Man that bites!

But at least I’ve discovered the undocumented ‘mute’ button.

Thanks to all those that responded to the previous “Silent radio” thread.

My faith in the Sansa clip has been restored.
