Sansa Clip+ FM radio died.

All of a sudden, the FM radio is not working. That is, there is no sound for FM radio. It makes auto presets, accepts manual presets, etc. Currently on FM USA and FM stereo. Music works fine. I don’t think I messed up any settings, etc. but could be I did change something & wasn’t aware I did.

Any thoughts? Thanks for help, as the radio is the reason I bought this unit.

Are you sure it is not on PAUSE? Pressing the UP (12 o’clock) button while playing the FM radio acts like a MUTE function. It’s easy to inadventently and unintentionally press this. Try pressing it again and see if your radio sound returns.
