The radio on my Sansa Clip+ quit working. Have tried reset and upgraded firmware. Everything else works fine but the radio has no sound at all.

It might be a simple problem: check the display to see if the FM is not muted. Try tapping the play button while your station is displayed. Let us know if audio resumes. Otherwise, it may be a hardware problem.
