I have been using this since Apr this year. Today, I plugged in the flash drive and was prompted with setup “Create Your Vault” menu instead of just asking for password. Without thinking much, I complete the setup again using the same “MyVault” and same password but when I got in to “My Vault”, my files are gone. Was the file got deleted ? Can I still recover the file ? I did not delete the file or folder.

It doesn’t sound promising sahuris. I think you wrote over the original vault when you reran the setup and as such your files are gone.
It is possible the USB drive wasn’t Safely Removed the last time it was used for some reason and the file allocation table got corrupted or write buffer didn’t get written to the USB drive. Running a CHKDSK command on the drive might have corrected t.he problem.
