sandisk secure access vault crash

Hi dear;

I have a problem with my sandish usb flash (64gb) 3.0.

I want to see my filas and plug in it. Double click “PrivateAccess Vault” and aplication doesn’t work. It works look like a files folder and there are too my files folder inside 00, 0a, 0b etc… I tried to download SanDiskSecureAccess Vaultv3 and doesn’t work because it works a new one, still I can’t access my older files. I tried “PrivateAccess_win” it bvut this time ask me a password but I ca’nt remember how can I see my hint or how can I acces my older files ?
