Can’t access Secure Access Vault

I created a SanDiskSecureAccess Vault on a Sandisk USB stick.

I now can’t access the secure folder: the Sandisk Private Access app can’t see the folder. It does find another folder on the stick that I had used as a test folder which has been named “PrivateAccess Vault”. That folder just has one small file in it.

The folder I’m trying to access is a different one called “SanDiskSecureAccess Vault” and it has 4GB of data that I can’t access. The Sandisk secure file browser can’t detect the folder and I have no way of pointing the secure browser at the folder.

Please can somebody help because I did everything correctly and now can’t access valuable data.

Yeah, Im on the same boat here. Any Fixes?

Use a legacy 32 bit version of macOS - Mojave - in a virtual machine (VMware Fusion Free). Then the file will load but there may still be other problems.
