Can not access the files on "the vault"

I open my drive, click on “RunSanDiskSecureAccess_Win” and I get the following error message:

“Please run SanDisk SecureAccess from a SanDisk external device.”

It might be a USB 3.0 issue. Try using a USB 2.0 port and see how it goes.
