I used to enjoy my clip. Sometime back, I made the mistake by downloading the firmware update.
Then soon after, my clip stopped working all together. Would barely come on but then shut down. Thought a new driver would help on the SanDisk website but that made it worse. Then the computer would not recognize the USB plugin with my clip. Kept trying and researching for months. Now I noticed an update for the firmware hoping this would help. Well the application will appear. It sits in my zip manager…but will not extract or update…so now what do I do with this file? Tried to move it to the internal memory file of the clip but it would not copy. I loved this little clip but now I fear Its too old for the new update. Anyone help?
