Hello, I recently raised an RMA replacement request and it was approved and I got the email with the UPS label and the information but do I have to pay anything like delivery charges etc, to send my product back to sandisk for them to send me a replacement?
No. Just print out the label and attach it to the envelope/package. Then just drop it off at your nearest UPS office.
