What to do?

my usb drive isnt working anymore i ask for support from sandisk and i got that and its final stage im a 12 year old boy who dont know how to send a mail to sandisk i got the addreas i got a rma i got my email printed the final stage is do i have to rigth just an addreas on envelope or any other things too? and do i have to send the whole printed email its tooo big do i have to just send the email with rma number?

If you were given an RMA# (authorization to return), then you were also given a link (probably in the e-mail you’re talking about) to click on that takes you to a (pre-paid) UPS label that you print out and tape to the package. Then you simply drop it off at any UPS store and they’ll handle it from there.
