Maybe some of you have read my initial post two months ago. My Clip started failing and not communicating/charging. I followed a long list of recommended procedures and the problem remained. I went to Sandisk support site and after following their trubleshooting steps I got a RMA. Sending things from Venezuela is hard and expensive so I was very happy when my Clip healed by himself. Then my RMA expired, but my Clip was still fine, but a week ago started having the same symptoms and finally died completely, even completely discharged (it came back that way before). I’m still on warranty period but when I enter the support site, all my history is there but there’s no way to fill a new request. Can you help me?
