for those who are more savvy with these sansas than I. I purchased a 1gb clip and yesterday when I went to turn on the device, a blue screen with a yellow line appeared. I tried what I could based on what I found here but to no avail. I can hear the music but trying to read the clip is impossbile due to screen. Is there any other avenue I can use to fix this? Or am I SOL and have to purchase another one? Thanks for any help!
return and exchange for a new one. and DONT tell me you bought it for final sale
No I didnt but I’ve had it for about 6mths though so I’m unsure of warranty issues and whatnot. I’m planning so researching that. I just wanted to see if there were any practical “home” way to attempt to fix it since i really do like it. Thanks for the reply.
