Can somebody help me?? I just bought the Sansa Clip. I put it in an USB-portal and didn’t worked. I’ve tried every USB-portal but no Sansa-logo came into My Computer. I’ve read the FAQ but couldn’t really find my problem. I have Windows Media Player 10 and Windows XP. I also restarted my computer and tried each USB-portal.
Upgrade to WMP11. Then try again.

Try going to Settings>USB Mode> Select “MSC”
upgrade my windows media player and it’s working now!! Thank you!!
