I have had my clip+ for about a month and today while listening to it it just died. I plugged it into the computer to charge it and nothing. It doesn’t show anywhere and it still wouldn’t turn on after an hour. I tried doing the reset holding the power button down but still nothing. Any ideas?
I had the same issue - apparently, the Clip+ just crashed. To “reboot” it, simply hold in the power button for 20+ seconds while it is plugged in - I’d recommend 30 seconds just to be on the same side.

I have the same problem. The re-boot doesn’t work. Any other ideas? Since it is only 2 months old, will Sandisk honor warranty?

With a 1 year warranty, I’d say it’s a pretty good chance.
