I had not used the clip for a few weeks and when I went to use it I needed to recharge it. Standard USB recharge through computer, but when I took it off I had no audio out of the headphones, I can’t even get them to even crackle by twisting the 1/8 plug. I have been through all the settings, to no avail. BTW the music shows time running through and if I put on the eq it shows audio on the meters.
Let’s add won’t hold a charge! I think it’s toast.
you might want to try other earphones with it. if it didn’t work and it still is under warranty call sandisk and they will probably replace the player…
