New Sandisk Cruzer 32Gb shows as 64Mb drive

I see many people have reported similar issues… this 32Gb Cruzer arrived today from Hong Kong  and shows as a single 64Mb drive.

I’ve tried formatting - it only sees 64Mb

Tried diskpart to extend the partition - no free space.

Tried to delete the primary partition - no partition to delete…

Any suggestions?

Can I take this somewhere in the UK for a replacement?

It sounds defective.

Return it to the seller.  Ask for a replacement or your money back.
