32 GB SANDISK CRUZE GLIDE ASKS FORMAT (brand new)

Hi !

Well, I just purchased the usb drive a week ago while visiting new york (best buy). Now back in my country (argentina) I opened the box and it is asking for format. also it only regnizes 64 mb. Format does not work (I tried all different type of formats, quick, slow, ntfs fat, fat32 etc etc) and several pcs.

 Any help ??

Not a change of returning it now, back in argentina… I had hopes that it was a driver issue…

   Hi Mariano,

Friend, please do the same test with the link, I gave you before, and you might have a pleasant surprise.
If it had been the driver, do not have recognized. The 64mb, is typical.

Lest you have questions, you can try:
In the _ Control Panel/ Administrative Tools/Computer Management/Device Management Tools:_ see if a USB icon is crossed out with red, or there is a yellow question mark, etc.
