got clip as gift in Sept . pluged it in today (headphones) , took forever to boot up then would not pass logo screen . pluged USB got “real screen” then nothing , cant get to play at all , cant get menu up only Flower logo …any ideas . tried 15 sec. power hold , it just tries to start

  1. Try the reset for a longer period of time (up to a minute). If this doesn’t work . . .
  2. Try pressing the Menu/Back button immediately after pressing the power button. If this doesn’t work . . .
  3. Try the same thing, only pressing the center select button after pressing the power button. If this doesn’t work . . .
  4. Call SanDisk Tech Support.
