When I hold down the center button to turn my MP3 Player on, it shows the Sandisk screen and then turns immediately off again and I’ve tried resetting it by holding down the center button for 20-30 seconds but that doesn’t fix it either. Neither does putting it on the charger. I don’t know what I should do to make it work?
