ok so i bought my sansa from bestbut about mouth ago and i was lesioning to music and it died when i went to plug it in. It did nothing i read the tips and nothin help i thought it was the charger it self. So I went out and bought a new charge but that didnt work eather. Now i cant turn on my sansa and it wont charge and im getting really mad. any help?
Since you got it new from Best Buy, you have a one-year warranty. Take it back or contact 1-866-SANDISK for an exchange.
