Got it for Christmas and had so much fun loading music from the free Rapsody.  Even started to work out to it.  Awful thing is, I think the Rapsody program locked it after

the free time was up.  I don’t want to join and I would like to load music off my own cd’s.  But everytime I turn it on I see the padlock.

Please help me unlock this thing.!!!

Is the device locked? If so, just slide the left-side button up out of the hold position.
