Hi,
Just purchased this yesterday. Trying to add songs via USB connection to my Macbook Pro. When plugged in, the SanDisk folders (in Finder) all appear to be empty. However, when I “Get Info” on the SanDisk icon, it shows I’ve used up nearly my entire 32GBs of storage space. Then, when I eject the SanDisk from the Macbook Pro, I get an alert on the SanDisk that my memory is full and I need to delete songs to create space. On the SanDisk display, the Folder for Music is totally empty (like it appears in Finder on the Macbook) while the “Music” tab is full of songs – which will not play. I have reset to Factory Settings, yet the songs still show up in the Music tab (Folder is still empty) and still do not play. Please help as I am pulling out what little hair I have left. Thank you so much for your time! Jason
