I was using the clip when all of the sudden it went dead. I figured I had run out the battery so I went home and tried to charge it, but my computer would not even recognize the device. I tried plugging it into the wall with my razor charger and got nothing. A bit later I decided to try and charge it through the computer again, and this time it did recognize the device and it appeared to charge. I thought all was well, but when I went to use it, all of my music was gone. Yet, when I went to reload the clip using WMP, it still shows that all of my music is there! Can anyone hep me? I’m debating just buying a new device.
