Yesterday I went to sync my clip. I’ve never had a problem but now my comp makes the bah ding sound but never show anything connected. I switched to MCS mode and it recognized but won’t sort my playlist and conneted as a seperate clip in win media. I switch to MTP mode but it wouldn’t recognize it. Also my computer isn’t charging it even though the screen keeps saying connected. What is going on?
Im quite green and not the most savvy but try a restart >then open rhapsody >at prompt connect device
